Aspire Integrations

As a company utilizing Aspire Software, you’re aware of the multiple processes it manages within one platform. To name a few; Estimating, Bid Proposals, Electronic Signatures, Time Tracking, Job Costing, Invoicing, Renewals, Preventative Equipment Maintenance, and more Reports than you can count. You’re also aware of what Aspire is not – such as an accounting system or HR/payroll platform. Aspire has taken initiative and partnered with several fantastic companies to fill in these gaps. Here is a breakdown of what companies these are and whether or not they are necessary for your company.

Accounting Software: QuickBooks and Acumatica

Since purchase receipts are entered and job costed through Aspire, synchronizing with QuickBooks or Acumatica is essential. Without this integration, either an API bridge must be built, or double entry is the result.

When integrated, your purchase receipts automatically synchronize into the accounting system, and you also have ability to export payroll directly into QB Desktop.

HR/Payroll Software: Inova Payroll

Integrating with Inova Payroll (previously IPS), you gain access to several tools to increase efficiency of payroll processing and streamline hiring processes. Inova integrates with Aspire, allowing you to export payroll directly into Inova. Additionally, employee information is stored in Inova, which removes double entry of personal information and pay rates. This in itself improves efficiency and removes the risk of errors from double entry

Outside of payroll, Inova is also a full suite HR platform which has capabilities for job recruitment postings, customized electronic onboarding processes, company wide performance reviews, and much more. When utilizing Inova you also gain ability to utilize Pay-On Demand. This function allows employees to cash out up to half of their accepted pay on a given day. This can be a great hiring incentive!

Electronic Payment Processor: Clover Connect

Ability to process or offer electronic payments is a great way to advance your company and increase cashflow. Aspire partners with Clover Connect. When you integrate this processor, you’re able to set up payment methods within Aspire, manually process Credit Card or EFT payments, and enable ability for your clients to manage their payment methods and process payments on their own.

Takeoff Measurements: Go iLawn and LandOne

When it comes to estimation, Aspire allows you to take takeoff measurements and transform that data into an estimate if you have kits and production rates set up. This allows you to fill an estimation position with an individual who has little to no estimation experience. As long as they have the measurements, they can accurately create the estimate. This is why integrating with a take off software such as Go iLawn or LandOne will take you yet another step further. These tools help eliminate the need for an estimator to go into the field and take measurements, or possible measure inaccurately.

Material Pricing Integration: SiteOne

Whether or not your company purchases from SiteOne, you should consider syncing their catalog with Aspire. As long as their pricing is similar or higher than the vendor you are purchasing from, your Aspire catalog will have thousands of items with regularly updated pricing. This eliminates the need for manual cost book updates (which can be very time consuming).

Material Procurement: LandscapeHub

If locating material is difficult, you might consider utilizing Landscape Hub. With this integration in place, you’re able to create purchase receipts, submit to Landscape Hub (via the Purchase Receipt screen), and a representative will reach out to you via email to help procure the materials needed.

Frontline Industry Training: Greenius

Training the frontline team can be a daunting task, especially if you have consistent turn over and are constantly hiring new employees. It is important their training is standardized and covers safety. Greenius is a training program that allow you to assign employees training topics. In these trainings they watch a series of videos and are evaluated at the end. While these trainings may not cover company specific standards, it will relieve your managers of the need to teach basic equipment or industry safety basics.

GPS Tracking: FleetSharp and Azuga

Both FleetSharp and Azuga provide you access to dash cams and vehicle GPS tracking, empowering you to make better business decisions. You’ll have ability to review crew leaders driving habits, pinpoint unnecessary stops on their route, more efficiently route schedules, and have access to dialed-in mobilization times between properties.

Thanks to Aspire consistently partnering with companies like these, you’re able to maximize the software at an even higher level.
